On February 15, 2022 (Tuesday) the first workshop was held within the research project "TExTOUR: Social Innovation and Technologies for sustainable growth through participatory cultural Tourism" - https://textour-project.eu/.
Cyprus and its cultural heritage was introduced to 35 students from all over the world, who participated in the "Winter School", which started on Monday, February 14, in Limassol, with the aim of developing and promoting sustainable tourism in world cultural heritage sites and exploring ways to enhance the tourism experience, through the promotion of "living" heritage and alternative forms of tourism.
The University of Nicosia, in collaboration with the Cyprus University of Technology (CUT) and CARDET implement the Project “Migrant Information Centre (MIC)” (CY/2020/AMIF/S02.N02.1.3/4), Immigrant Service Centres (MiHUB). The Project is co-funded by the Asylum, Immigration and Integration Fund and the Republic of Cyprus and is implemented for the period 15 December 2020 – 14 June 2022.
