OPEN UNIVERSITY OF CYPRUS (OUC) COORDINATED WITH SUCCESS THE TWO-YEAR RESEARCH PROJECT “EnVeROS: ENVIRONMENTAL EDUCATION THROUGH ROADKILL OBSERVATION SYSTEMS” (ERASMUS+ KA2)

With the aim to take actions to reduce the biodiversity loss and to raise public awareness about the Wildlife Vehicle Collision (WVC) phenomenon, the Open University of Cyprus (OUC) coordinated with success the two year research project “EnVeROS: Environmental Education through Roadkill Observation Systems” (Erasmus+ KA2).

The National and Kapodistrian University of Athens implements the Project "Visually Impaired Water Polo Spectators - Broadcasting of water polo for people with visual impairment" (VIWAS)

The Laboratory of Adapted Physical Activity/ Developmental and Physical Disabilities of the School of Physical Education and Sport Science (SPESS), of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, will be implementing the Project "Visually Impaired Water polo Spectators - Broadcasting of water polo for people with visual impairment" (VIWAS), within the framework of the European Programme Erasmus+ SPORT.

CYI AND THE WORLD BANK ANALYSE THE BENEFITS OF INTEGRATING GREEN POLICIES IN COVID-19 ECONOMIC RECOVERY

Since the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic, a team of researchers of The Cyprus Institute, including Elias Giannakis, Constantinos Taliotis, Marios Karmellos and Nestor Fylaktos, coordinated by Associate Professor Theodoros Zachariadis, have been working to identify appropriate measures for a green post-pandemic economic recovery, and assess these measures with economic and sustainability criteria.
