EIC companies propose innovative solutions for emergency medical services: the ePitching event was live!

The 10 best EIC companies pitched their innovations and solutions to the most pressing needs identified by NO-FEAR partners.

The European Innovation Council has been supporting European SMEs and procurers of innovation in improving emergency medical services and in helping to save lives in natural disasters or critical situations. After the recent flooding in Western Europe, this ePitching event organised by the EIC together with the Horizon 2020 Network Of practitioners For Emergency medicAl systems and cRitical care (NO-FEAR project) is very timely. 

The 10 best EIC companies pitched their innovations and solutions to the most pressing needs identified by NO-FEAR partners.

The biggest challenges in emergency medical services are the following:

• How to increase the decisiveness of emergency responders on the disaster/crisis scene?
• How to support and facilitate public health mitigation strategies during pandemic crisis and in the future?
