Marie Skłodowska-Curie Fellowship Certificate

Fellows who have completed a research period as part of one of the FP7 or Horizon 2020 Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions may request a Marie Skłodowska-Curie Fellowship Certificate (the Certificate).

To do so, they must get in touch with their project contact person (legal entity authorised representative (LEAR), or the scientist in charge at the coordinating institution).

Please note that the Certificate is not compulsory. It is a service offered to fellows requesting proof of their participation in an FP7 or Horizon 2020 Marie Skłodowska-Curie project.

If you require a certificate and are unable to reach the project contact person, please refer to the Need Help section.

If you are one of the project contact persons mentioned above, you can proceed to the specific form to request a certificate for a researcher.

Request form

To request the certificate, the project contact person must complete a specific form. The information will be checked automatically against the information in the database.

The submitted information must be identical to that indicated in the Grant Agreement, the Declaration for the researcher or any subsequent amendment. This includes the spelling of the fellow’s name (including any special characters) and the e-mail address of the contact person. The project number is the unique 6-digit number of the Grant Agreement (eg. for the ITN project "123456—ACRONYM—H2020-MSCA-ITN-2018", the digits to enter are "123456"). For any assistance, you can refer to the Need Help section.
